We provide a refund or exchange only for items that are shipped back to us within 7 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. If an item is worn, it will be sent back to you, and no credit will be issued.

Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer a free return shipping label to make your return process straightforward. If you are exchanging an item, particularly for a different size because the original did not fit, you can use our free return shipping label. Your new item will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned package.
If you opted for an exchange of at least one item, the replacement order will be shipped once your return has been received and inspected.

What if UPS marks my package as delivered but it’s nowhere to be found?

1. Check around your delivery area – UPS may leave packages near a mailbox, porch, back door, garage, or even with a neighbor.
   
   
2. Wait 24 hours – Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered slightly ahead of actual arrival.
   
   
3. File a missing package claim – Use the tracking number provided to file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or other).
   
   
4. Let us know – Once you’ve filed the claim, please click HERE to share the claim reference number or any related information with us. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement once the carrier claim process has begun.
