1. What is the processing time?
Orders take 1–3 business days to be processed.
We cannot edit or change orders that are already in transit.
Due to California state law, we are required to collect additional taxes for orders shipped to certain U.S. states.
2. When will my expedited order ship?
If you place an expedited order before 1:00 PM PST, it will ship out the same day depending on order volume.
Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day.
All expedited orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the next business day.
3. What if UPS marks my package as delivered but it’s nowhere to be found? (Domestic — U.S.)
1. Check around your delivery area
UPS may leave packages near a mailbox, porch, back door, garage, or with a neighbor.
2. Wait 24 hours
Packages may get scanned "delivered" slightly before the actual arrival.
3. File a missing package claim
Use the UPS tracking number to file a claim directly with UPS.
4. Let us know
After filing the claim, send us the claim reference number.
We’ll assist you with a replacement once UPS begins the investigation.
4. What if DHL marks my package as delivered but I didn’t receive it? (International — DHL Express)
1. Check around your area
DHL may leave packages at reception, lockers, neighbors, or designated safe spots.
2. Wait 24 hours
Sometimes DHL marks packages delivered early.
3. Contact DHL Express
File a “Proof of Delivery / Missing Package Inquiry” using your DHL tracking number.
4. Send us the DHL case number
Once DHL starts the investigation, we can assist with the next steps.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery typically Arrives 3–7 business days, depending on location.

6. Are international customers responsible for duties, taxes, and tariffs?
Yes,
International customers must pay all duties, customs fees, taxes, and any import charges based on their country’s laws.
Duties and taxes are calculated by customs according to the item’s declared value, not the discounted price.
This means prices paid using a gift card or discount still follow the original declared value set by customs.
7. What happens if my international order is refused or returned to sender?
If an international order is refused at delivery, it will be returned to us.
A refund will be issued minus:
• the original shipping fee
• a 10% restocking fee
Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Yes, orders over $350 USD (excluding duties/taxes) qualify for free DHL Express shipping at checkout (automatically applied).
