What is the processing time?
Orders can take 1-3 business days to be processed. Please note: We are unable to edit or change any orders that are already in transit. Due to California state law, we are required to collect additional taxes for orders from certain states.
What if UPS marks my package as delivered but it’s nowhere to be found?

Check around your delivery area – UPS may leave packages near a mailbox, porch, back door, garage, or even with a neighbor.

Wait 24 hours – Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered slightly ahead of actual arrival.

File a missing package claim – Use the tracking number provided to file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or other).
