If machine washing, please use a hat washer cage to maintain shape.

We offer returns or exchanges only for items returned within 7 days of delivery.
Domestic (U.S.) Customers – Free Return Shipping
If you submit a return request through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order, we will email you a free return shipping label.
Simply print the label, send your item back to us, and we will process your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned package.
International Customers – Return Label Provided (Cost Deducted)
- For international orders, we can also provide a return shipping label.
- However, the cost of the international return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- International customers are also responsible for any duties or taxes related to the return.
